Pure Alignment Physical Therapy & Pilates is an out-of-network provider which means that any insurance coverage would be under your “out of network” benefits for your specific insurance plan. All fees are due at the time of service and you will be provided with a superbill that can be submitted for insurance reimbursement.
Insurance companies often limit or influence your care by restricting the number of approved visits with cost transparency frequently lacking. With out-of-network care, your physical therapist determines the most effective treatment plan based on your needs—not insurance guidelines—and you’ll know the full cost of your care upfront.
-
Your first visit will include a detailed evaluation of your condition, medical history, and goals. We'll also begin hands-on treatment and provide exercises to start your recovery.
-
All appointments are 55 minutes long and you are one-on-one with your physical therapist for the entire appointment.
Shorter appointments may occur on a case-by case basis if it makes sense for your plan of care.
-
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement and access to the area being treated.

For virtual lessons, you will need an exercise mat and a device (computer, phone, etc.) to access your lesson. It may also be helpful to have access to a magic circle and 1lb weights. If you have any other equipment in your home, we may utilize it.

There is no hard and fast rule. However, for best results, it is recommended to practice Pilates 2-3 times per week. This could be a combination of private lessons, mat classes, and practicing on your own.
